About The Position

Responsible for the management of the Soft Count Team Members. This role involves preparing schedules, acting as a team member in their absence, ensuring the Soft Count Room meets safety guidelines, assisting with performance evaluations, and maintaining the safety of all Soft Count personnel. The position requires adherence to all Tribal Ordinances, Regulations, ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures. The Count Team Manager has access to sensitive areas and information as per the ACGC Access Matrix and may act as an Accounting Office Signatory for employee payroll/time records, employee performance evaluations, and Soft Count Reports.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • 2-5 years related experience and/or banking training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
  • Ability to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift.
  • Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment.
  • Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis.
  • Sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operation and overall condition of the Soft Count Room and that it meets safety guidelines.
  • Assists the Sr. Count Team Manager with performance evaluation for the Soft Count Team Members.
  • With the Sr. Count Team Manager is responsible for the safety of all Soft Count personnel.
  • Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
