Responsible for the management of the Soft Count Team Members. This role involves preparing schedules, acting as a team member in their absence, ensuring the Soft Count Room meets safety guidelines, assisting with performance evaluations, and maintaining the safety of all Soft Count personnel. The position requires adherence to all Tribal Ordinances, Regulations, ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures. The Count Team Manager has access to sensitive areas and information as per the ACGC Access Matrix and may act as an Accounting Office Signatory for employee payroll/time records, employee performance evaluations, and Soft Count Reports.
