About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining strict compliance with Gaming Regulations, managing the efficient drop and count process for slot bill acceptors and NRTs, and ensuring the accuracy of the daily count. The team member will prepare detailed shift reports, report irregularities to management, and ensure proper maintenance of count room equipment. Additionally, this role involves fostering teamwork, maintaining morale, and clear communication of expectations, as well as operating and troubleshooting currency counting equipment and computers.

• Ensure proper maintenance of count room equipment including currency counters and wrapping machines.
• Recommend improvements to workflows for efficiency and security.
