Count Room Supervisor- Count Room- Full Time
About The Position
The Count Room Supervisor is responsible for overseeing count room functions and personnel. This role involves protecting assets by ensuring strict compliance with established internal controls, policies, and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations. The supervisor will also train Count Room employees and maintain the efficient operation of all procedures and daily routines of staff during the drop and in the count room. They will oversee the entire drop and money room operations on shift, including verification of loose and bundled money and coin transactions, and reconcile counts to gaming systems. Additionally, the role involves verifying, monitoring, and reconciling the distribution of bill acceptor cash boxes, and ensuring the count team complies with all department and company policies, procedures, internal controls, and government regulations. Upholding strict standards of procedure compliance and confidentiality is essential.
Requirements
- Must have an associate degree or at least three (3) years related cash operations experience.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must have excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.
Responsibilities

- Train Count Room employees.
