About The Position

This role is responsible for emptying money from validators and table game boxes, counting and verifying all currency, running verification reports, and verifying documentation and forms within the casino system. The position requires basic mathematical skills, the ability to handle changing priorities, and clear communication with employees and guests. The role also involves physical demands such as lifting up to 25 pounds and working in a moderate noise level, potentially in a smoking environment. Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, and 6-day work weeks is necessary.

Requirements

High School diploma or general education (GED) and five years related experience.
Basic mathematical skills. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
Maintain flexibility to handle changing priorities.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
Occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all employees and guests.
Able to work all shifts to include weekends and holidays also work 6-day work weeks when required.
Louisiana Gaming Commission work permit is required for this position.
