Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Addictions licensure

CAC/LAC
Master’s degree
LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive, integrated program services, within scope of practice, to target populations within Carroll Institute. This includes emergent issues, ongoing issues, continuity of services, contingency planning, future planning.
Provide recovery oriented, co-occurring capable, stage matched interventions throughout each of the following services to individuals: Assessment and Diagnostic interviews, Individual, family, or group therapy, Education, Crisis Management, Case Management, Alcohol/Drug testing (Urine Analysis, Breathalyzers, etc.), Discharge and Referrals, Follow up services as necessary
Prepare, review and submit required documentation throughout the treatment process for each individual.
Maintain working relationships with local referral sources and community agencies.
