Our Residential Program for young women ages 13–32 and Outpatient Counseling Program for women and men ages 13 and older are voluntary, biblically-based, and free of charge. Mercy’s Freedom Services equip men and women of all ages to live free, stay free, and help others find freedom in Christ.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Mature Christians with a dedicated work ethic.
- Live a lifestyle conducive to Christian principles.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in the field of Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to best practices in counseling, and legal and ethical requirements within CWC Monroe.
- Counsel with assigned clients weekly which includes: Leading each client through Keys to Freedom
- Completing all associated paperwork, including required readings, required assignments.
- Reviewing as submitted by the client.
- Meet with Counseling Director on a weekly basis.
