Requirements

Missouri: Hold the credentials of a Qualified Addiction Professional as defined by the Missouri Credentialing Board, Inc. (MCB) Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC), Certified Reciprocal Alcohol Drug Counselor (CRADC), Certified Reciprocal Advanced Alcohol Drug Counselor (CRAADC), or Registered Alcohol Drug Counselor (RADC), Certified Criminal Justice Addictions Professional (CCJP); or Credential of Co-Occurring
Kansas: Hold the credentials as defined by the Kansas Behavioral Science Regulatory Board, (BSRB) Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) or Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC)
OR Appropriate State Board
Applicant must be willing to become licensed in additional states, other than the state currently licensed in.
Applicant must be willing and comfortable with providing telehealth services to the individuals we serve.
A strong understanding of addiction treatment methods, principles, and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to establish rapport with clients and work effectively with a diverse population
Familiarity with state and federal regulations regarding substance use disorder treatment
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
