The Substance Use Counselor is an integral member of the clinical team, serving as the primary counselor for a caseload of individuals with substance use disorders. This role involves managing patient caseloads, providing individual and group counseling, conducting assessments, coordinating services, delivering psychoeducation, making referrals, and maintaining up-to-date documentation, all in support of Samaritan Daytop Village's mission and goals.
