About The Position
Responsible for providing direct and indirect services to clients and families. Participates in orientation and continuing education and updates and maintains knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise. Completes population specific competency annually on populations served as identified in scope of care and service.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED with 4 + years experience in human services, OR
- Associates degree with 1– 3 years experience in human services, OR
- B.S. degree with 0 years experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification and First Aid training.
- A valid New York State drivers license is required.
- Will maintain yearly in-service training.
Nice To Haves
- Liberal Arts degree in human service-related field preferred.
- CASAC certification a plus.
