The Counseling & Testing Center (CTC) is seeking skilled mental health clinicians dedicated to promoting the mental health of students. The Counselor will join a dedicated and energetic staff at the CTC, committed to cultural self-awareness and ongoing efforts to offer inclusive and accessible mental health services. The CTC engages in brief counseling, active collaboration with campus partners, training and programming development to address student mental health needs, and innovative service delivery. The mission of the CTC is to promote students’ psychological, academic, social, and cultural growth through professional and confidential counseling services, maintaining an environment grounded in values of compassion, collaboration, inclusion, and access. This is a 10-month, annual appointment, working full-time for 10 months (August 1 to May 31) with a short work break in June and July. Typical office hours are 7:45 am - 4:30 pm, with potential for evening hours one day a week to maintain an average of 40 hours/week onsite. While no after-hours crisis coverage is required, clinical staff may occasionally provide evening outreach programming and be called in for campus crisis response. The role involves providing both telehealth and in-person counseling services. Application review begins May 17, 2026, with priority given to applications received by this date.
