About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate mental health professional who is passionate about promoting student well-being, resilience, and academic success. As a member of our integrated Student Health & Well-Being team, you'll provide individual and group counseling, clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and consultation while collaborating with medical providers, health educators, and other campus professionals to deliver comprehensive, student-centered care. In this rewarding role, you'll have the opportunity to develop outreach programs, participate in interdisciplinary collaboration, and help foster a healthy, inclusive, and supportive campus community. Requirements

• Associate's Degree + 4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 2 years of relevant experience.
• LCSW or LISW

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling to students in personal and interpersonal adjustment, academic concerns, and career and life planning.
• Provides referrals to outside resources as appropriate.
• Consults with faculty, staff and others as appropriate to provide an optimum environment for student success.
• Serves as liaison to organizations on campus.
