Location: California Facility, 44871 Saint Andrews Church Road Salary Range: $45,000 - $66,000 per year Summary: Join our clinical team at Walden, a Pyramid Healthcare organization in California, MD! We offer outpatient treatment and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) for individuals dealing with substance use disorders, mental health disorders, co-occurring disorders, and problem gambling. Our facility also provides psychiatric services for clients requiring medication management. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach, we strive to customize our treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client through group and individual sessions, collaborating as necessary to create comprehensive and individualized treatment plans. Requirements

  • Maryland ADT Status
  • Clinical Licensure (one of the following): LCADC, LCSW-C, CAC-AD, CSC-AD, LCPC
  • Candidates selected for hire must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and any required state-mandated clearances.
  • Employment is contingent upon meeting all screening requirements in accordance with federal, state, and accrediting-body regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide elite-level care to adults seeking treatment by evaluating behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Facilitate all clinical services for clients, including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and communication with referral sources/outpatient providers.
  • Provide detailed and personalized aftercare planning and community outreach resources/referrals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
