Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling from an accredited institution
LCSW-C licensure by the Maryland Board of Social Workers (required)
Deep understanding of counseling principles and professional standards
Familiarity with community organizations and social service programs
Exceptional communication skills across diverse populations
Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and sound clinical judgment

Nice To Haves

1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)

Responsibilities

Provide professional counseling services with independence and empathy.
