About The Position

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking positive, energetic role models to join their team as Before & After-School Child Care Counselors in the Swift Creek Region. These positions involve creating fun and engaging activities for school-age children, supporting their development through structured play and learning, supervising groups of children, and serving as a trusted mentor.

Requirements

• Must be 18 with high school diploma or GED
• 6 months of experience is required
