About The Position

Columbia Community Mental Health is a nonprofit agency and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides services to individuals with mental, addiction and developmental disabilities. Requirements

Licensure Required (LCSW, LPC).
Master’s degree in psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college required.
Two years related work experience to include Crisis, Outpatient, Addictions and high acuity client services preferred.
Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.

Responsibilities

Provides therapeutic services to adults, children, adolescents, and families as assigned.
Conducts comprehensive clinical assessments as part of the diagnostic process.
Reviews ongoing delivery of services.
Identifies individual client needs and diagnoses substance use and/or mental health disorders.
Conducts individual, family and group sessions to provide therapeutic treatment, and behavior modification using evidence-based practice to assist clients in reaching treatment goals.
Assists in case management and coordination of community resources to meet client needs as a member of clinical staff and treatment teams.
