Seaford House Therapeutic Residence for Foster Care Youth is seeking a Therapist. Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Team Leader and program oversight of the Program Manager, the Therapist leads the therapeutic and child welfare case management services for a caseload of youth placed in the residential program. The Therapist works collaboratively with program leadership, case management staff, residential staff, external providers, DFS, families, and other members of the youth’s service team to support safe, trauma-informed, clinically appropriate, and high-quality services. This position maintains a caseload and provides short-term therapeutic intervention, child welfare case management, safety planning, and multidisciplinary team coordination. Due to the nature of residential services, this position is a site-based, in-person role and the work schedule for this position may vary based on program needs and is not limited to traditional business hours. On-site evening, weekend, and on-call responsibilities will be required to support youth.
