About The Position
Provides professional level counseling work in treatment of clients and provides referral and follow-up services. Compiles case histories, evaluates client needs, and presents findings to treatment team. Attend or participate in seminars and community group. This is a full-time position with the following schedule: Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday and Tuesday: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Thursday and Friday: Off.
Requirements
- Relevant licensure, LPC or LCSW
- Availability to work weekends is required
Nice To Haves
- Experience in substance use or mental health treatment settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Facilitate therapeutic and educational group sessions
- Conduct insurance utilization reviews as needed
- Complete comprehensive psychosocial assessments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support client treatment goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
