About The Position

Provides support to Team Leader and staff of the Youth and Family Outreach program by overseeing daily operations and field trips, facilitating support groups, and other services provided by the program.

• BLS Certification Grace (BLS GRACE) - Employee Grace Period for Essential Credential (GRACE)
• BLS Cert Red Cross (BLS RC) - Red Cross (RED CROSS)
• Driver License Num (DRIVER LIC) - Department of Motor Vehicles
• Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Full time staff must have Valid Florida Drivers License, cleared to drive CYS vehicles and personal vehicle available during work hours.

Nice To Haves

• New Hires have six (6) months to obtain the BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assists with program activities and services such as academic tutoring, overseeing recreational activities, arranging parent-teacher meetings, etc.
• Follows daily activity schedule to ensure program requirements are met.
• Provides supportive services for clients and their families within the community.
