Counselor Assistant (Inpatient Mental Health)
About The Position
Arkview Behavioral Health is launching a new inpatient behavioral health program and is seeking dedicated 2nd shift (3p - 11p) Counselor Assistants. This role is for individuals who want to be part of building something meaningful from the ground up, bringing compassion, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility. The ideal candidates take pride in their work, are willing to roll up their sleeves, and want to play an active role in shaping a program that will make a difference in the lives of the people served. This new program is supported by an established and experienced behavioral health organization, providing stability, resources, and a clinical foundation for success.
