Requirements

• Minimal experience with counseling services.

Responsibilities

• Research counties without housing counseling agencies (HCAs) and analyze gaps in service coverage.
• Identify and assess potential organizations that could join the PHFA Housing Counseling Network
• Conduct outreach to evaluate interest and gather information on operational models and funding sources.
• Evaluate current marketing strategies and identify innovative ways to promote the housing counseling industry.
• Review HCA websites to ensure consistent branding and messaging throughout the network.
• Develop creative approaches to highlight the value and impact of housing counseling services
• Assist in creating a comprehensive digital file for all existing HCAs.
• Organize and catalog internal information, including compliance notes and business development updates. and updates from Business Development and Compliance teams.
• Develop systems to streamline collaboration and improve communication between the Compliance team and the Senior Business Development Officer.
