This role will work on a range of complex transactions, including acquisitions, debt and project financings, tax equity transactions, and related project development matters. The Counsel will partner closely with colleagues across Legal, Finance, Development, Commercial, and other business functions to review and interpret financing documents, advise on transaction and compliance matters, and support the execution and closing of strategic transactions. The ideal candidate brings strong transactional training, sound legal judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage meaningful workstreams within larger transactions.
