Negotiates and oversees administration of terms and conditions for organization IT contracts; advises management on contractual rights and obligations, provides interpretation of terms and conditions, and participates in developing IT Contracting Policy. Collaborates and coordinates with Legal, Procurement and other departments. Reviews company and customer objectives, and resolves issues regarding contract compliance; researches and recommends contract policies and procedures, maintains strong understanding of industry best practices and current developments in contract administration.
