About The Position

We are seeking a Couchbase DBA/Developer with cloud experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of overall experience in a DBA, Developer, or Cloud Admin role. This position requires strong knowledge and experience in Python and shell scripting, a good understanding of Linux Administration, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and Kubernetes is essential. The role involves the installation, configuration, administration, patching, up-gradation, migration, and end-to-end management of NoSQL clusters/databases, specifically Couchbase and Cassandra/Apache Solr/Elastic Search. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, administration, patching, up-gradation, and migration of NoSQL clusters/databases (Couchbase and Cassandra/Apache Solr/Elastic Search).

• Developing and maintaining Unix shell scripts and Python scripts.
• Performing Linux Administration tasks.
• Utilizing cloud platform AWS for database management.
• Managing Kubernetes environments.
• Applying analytical and problem-solving skills to address database-related issues.
