About The Position

The Cottage Front Desk Agent plays an important role in the daily operation of the Beach Plum Farm Cottages and the overall guest experience. Beach Plum Farm is a 62-acre working farm and hospitality property in West Cape May. Our six private cottages offer guests a unique opportunity to experience the farm while enjoying the service and amenities expected of a luxury hospitality property. The Beach Plum Farm Cottages have been recognized with a Michelin Key, and this position helps ensure that every stay reflects that level of personalized service, attention to detail, and care. Unlike a traditional hotel front desk position, this is a hands-on hospitality role that works throughout the cottage operation. The Front Desk Agent will assist with guest arrivals and departures, reservations, daily guest communication, housekeeping coordination, cottage inspections, maintenance follow-up, and administrative support for the Senior Innkeeper. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while providing warm and genuine hospitality.
