About The Position

This position will support our Gresham site and East Service area. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Join our team to help empower elders in your community to live active, independent lives.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist Assistant License

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.

Responsibilities

  • Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist.
  • The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team.
  • Responsible for home care coordination.
