About The Position
The COTA/OTA is responsible for overseeing direct clinical skills, documentation skills, and the compliance to all professional standards. A review of performance will be conducted on a yearly basis. OTA’s will be indirectly supervised by a OTR, will carry out treatment plans as established by the OTR, and will have documentation signed by the OTR.
Requirements
- Completion of 2 year Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Program.
- Maintain State Licensure.
