About The Position
This role owns the quoting and estimating process for an established electronics contract manufacturer that supports aerospace and defense programs. The Quoting & Estimating Supervisor will lead their quote team, sharpen the bidding process, and deliver accurate, competitive bids that bring in new business. This is a direct hire position with strong benefits.
Requirements
- 3 years estimating/quoting experience (EMS preferred)
- 2 years lead/supervisory experience
- Component & manufacturing process knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM, ERP/MRP
- U.S. citizenship required

Responsibilities
- Manage RFQs from start to submission
- Ensure accurate, profitable costing
- Coordinate cross-functional bid requirements
- Review bids and support NPI handoff
- Improve quoting processes
