ALLENTOWN Costco Sales Rep Starting $23/hr PLUS DAILY BONUS
About The Position
Direct Demo is hiring a part-time sales representative to work at the Allentown Costco, representing Qunol and Zena nutritional supplements. The representative will demonstrate and promote products including Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and Turmeric, and encourage sales by explaining product features, benefits, and value. The role is suited to an energetic, goal-oriented self-starter who enjoys interacting with customers. Available demo hours are listed as 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; shifts are also described as running from 10:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. All days are available, with weekends noted as the best days for commissions. Compensation starts at $22–$25 per hour, plus bonuses for surpassing sales quotas. The employer reports average daily earnings of $200–$300 for brand ambassadors and $300 or more for top performers. Requirements
- Outgoing personality and ability to approach and talk to customers.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience with direct sales.
- Email skills and basic computer or mobile-device skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds several times per day.
- Ability to lift and carry an approximately 30-pound, 2-by-4-foot folding table between the parking lot and store.
- Ability to stand for extended stretches of time.
- Availability for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls.

Responsibilities
- Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers.
- Demonstrate products and explain their features, benefits, and value to encourage sales.
- Present oneself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
- Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
- Participate in regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager.
- Transport and carry a folding table, products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials between the parking lot, store, and car.
- Work independently without direct supervision as the only team member at the location.
