About The Position

Direct Demo is hiring a sales representative to promote Qunol and Zena nutritional supplements at the Bridgewater Costco. Representatives demonstrate and explain products such as Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and Turmeric, and encourage members to make purchases. The role involves working independently at the location, delivering professional customer service, and participating in scheduled compliance calls. Demo shifts are listed as starting at 10:00 a.m. and ending at 5:30 p.m.; the posting also lists available demo hours as 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. All days are available, with weekends described as the best days for commission. Compensation starts at $22–$25 per hour, plus bonuses for surpassing sales quotas. The position is W-2 employment, and the company provides a promotional kit and biweekly direct-deposit paychecks.

Requirements

Outgoing personality and ability to approach and talk to customers.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Experience with direct sales.
Email and basic computer or mobile-device skills.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds several times per day.
Ability to stand for extended stretches of time.
Ability to work independently without direct supervision as the only team member at the location.

Responsibilities

Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and value, and encourage sales.
Represent the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
Attend regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager.
Transport a folding table, products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials between the car and store.
