About The Position
Direct Demo is hiring a sales representative for its Cranberry Township Costco location to promote nutritional supplements made by Qunol and Zena. Representatives are trained to demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and value of products including Supergreens, Pure Colostrum Powder, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, Magnesium, and Turmeric products. The role involves approaching Costco members, encouraging sales, and providing customer service while representing the company and its suppliers professionally. Demo hours are available from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on all days, with weekends identified as the best days for commissions. The position is described as suitable for people seeking part-time supplemental income. Compensation starts at $23 per hour, with bonuses for exceeding sales quotas. Employment is W-2, and the company provides a promotional kit and weekly direct-deposit paychecks.
Requirements
- Outgoing personality and ability to approach and talk to customers.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience with direct sales.
- Email and basic computer or mobile-device skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds several times per day.
- Ability to carry a roughly 30-pound, 2-by-4-foot folding table between the parking lot and store.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision as the only team member at the location.

Responsibilities
- Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers.
- Demonstrate products and explain their features, benefits, and value to encourage sales.
- Represent the company and its suppliers competently and professionally at Costco.
- Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
- Attend regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager.
- Transport and set up a folding table, products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials between the car and store.
