Requirements

Strong preference for experience in Cost Segregation; candidates with experience in tax, accounting, engineering, construction, fixed asset analysis, or related fields will also be considered.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, tight-knit team.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work, manage competing priorities, and meet project timelines.
Willingness to travel frequently for client site visits and project-related activities.

Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation and delivery of cost segregation studies for clients ranging from privately held businesses to large real estate owners, developers, and investors.
Analyze construction costs, engineering reports, fixed asset records, and other supporting documentation to identify opportunities for accelerated depreciation and tax savings.
Collaborate with tax, accounting, engineering, and advisory professionals throughout all phases of the engagement.
Support client communications and help ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
Research tax laws, regulations, and industry developments to support technical conclusions and recommendations.
Contribute to a high-performing team committed to delivering exceptional client service and practical solutions.
