Cost, Schedule, & Controls Engineer
About The Position
The Cost & Schedule Engineer develops cost estimates and integrated schedules to support project planning and execution. This role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration with project teams to align scope, cost, and schedule. Responsibilities include early-stage estimating, validating cost drivers, and supporting risk, benchmarking, and execution strategies. ExxonMobil Global Projects is seeking engineers with 5–15 years of experience to support large-scale capital projects. Candidates should have strong estimating expertise, understand the owner’s perspective, and be able to deliver cost-competitive, executable project plans in a global, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Engineering degree required
- Demonstrated technical and/or leadership capability
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze and discuss complex concepts effectively
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute to success of a team
- 5 or more years of experience
