About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring! Stefanini is looking for a Cost Optimization Support in New York, NY (Hybrid). This role involves supporting the Cost engineer and Opex team on seasonal cost analysis and cost mitigation efforts, as well as supporting the IT creation of a new garment cost breakdown capture tool. The successful candidate will quickly come up to speed on current PVH costing tools and processes, and leverage past cost experience to support the scoping, requirement identification, and testing of the new costing system and EDP cost analytics solution. Additionally, the role will support the documentation and training process for internal and external users of the costing system and the new analytics solution. This position requires working across time zones and regions with clear, effective communication.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in cost analysis, financial analysis, or a related role
• Familiarity with cost optimization techniques and methodologies.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis tools).
• Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems, preferably Centric PLM.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the apparel or garment industry is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities
