Requirements
- Four-year degree
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or similar
- Strong Excel skills
- Sharp analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
Nice To Haves
- SQL, Salesforce, or Access experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Analyze client cost data and build Excel models to identify savings opportunities
- Deliver data-driven recommendations for optimizing recurring expenses
- Generate true-up reports and support the audit process, including vendor communications on rate or billing changes
- Benchmark clients to spot data anomalies
- Support third-party cost optimization and billing audit calculations
- Identify overpayment or exemption opportunities within regulated cost categories
- Interpret complex billing structures and rate schedules
- Help build cost audit models
