About The Position

Miss A is looking to hire an energetic and diligent full-time Cost & Inventory Accounting Manager to join our expanding team at our Headquarters located in Dallas, Texas! In this role, the candidate will own inventory accounting, landed cost, and cost of goods sold across multiple entities and locations. Miss A is a fast-growing retailer built on affordable beauty, accessories, and self-care. This role partners closely with Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, and Accounting to keep inventory and cost data accurate and audit-ready.

Requirements

• BA degree in Finance or Accounting or related field
• 5 years’ accounting experience, including inventory or cost accounting
• Experience with inventory-based businesses such as retail, wholesale, distribution, importing, or e-commerce
• Knowledge of landed cost, inventory reconciliation, cost of goods sold, accounts payable, and period-end cutoff
• Bilingual in Korean & English
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or inventory systems

Nice To Haves

• NetSuite and WMS experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accounting and monthly reconciliations across multiple entities and locations
• Calculate and reconcile landed costs, including freight, customs duties, brokerage fees, and goods in transit
• Review cost of goods sold, gross margin, inventory adjustments, shrinkage, and period-end cutoff
• Reconcile inventory and warehouse records to the general ledger
• Manage intercompany inventory transactions and markup calculations
• Review accounts payable aging, purchase orders, receiving records, vendor invoices, and three-way matching
• Review payment packages and support vendor master controls
• Support monthly close, external audits, internal controls, and ERP improvements
• Work with Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, and Accounting to resolve inventory and cost discrepancies
• Other duties as required
