Responsibilities
- Develop estimates, studies, and cost evaluations at all stages of a project
- Prepare conceptual estimates, detailed quantity take-offs, and cost analyses
- Review and reconcile change orders, identifying value engineering opportunities
- Analyze project documentation to build comprehensive cost models
- Ensure accuracy and quality through QA/QC procedures
- Research and maintain current cost data and vendor sources
- Support business development with cost exhibits, proposals, and presentations
