•$130,000 - $160,000•Remote

About The Position

QC Servion is seeking an experienced Cost Estimator to join its Program Management Office (PgMO), supporting multiple entities across the QC Ecosystem on complex data center, infrastructure, utility, and mission-critical development programs. The role is a shared resource across the organization and partners with development, program management, engineering, construction, and funding stakeholders on cost planning, budget development, estimate validation, and commercial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. It provides cost visibility from early project planning and pursuit activities through procurement, execution, and project closeout. The Cost Estimator evaluates project feasibility, develops and maintains budgets, reviews contractor and consultant estimates, quantifies the cost impact of scope and schedule changes, and provides financial insight for project delivery and investment decisions. The role requires strong estimating expertise and a practical understanding of how large capital projects are planned, funded, procured, and delivered, with the ability to translate technical scope, design evolution, procurement strategy, and schedule changes into actionable cost information for project teams and executive stakeholders. This is a remote position that may be performed virtually from anywhere in the United States. Travel is up to 25%, including travel to any or all 50 states.
