About The Position
The Building People, LLC, has a position open for an experienced Cost Control/Construction Accountant. Responsibilities include providing the federal client with professional on-site facility, and project management services across a variety of small to large-scale construction projects. Projects may include space upgrades or modification/reconfiguration of spaces to meet the mission needs of clients. This position is for an upcoming role, and applications are being accepted for this anticipated need.
Requirements
- Experience in Cost Control/Construction Accounting.
- Ability to provide professional on-site facility and project management services.
- Experience with small to large-scale construction projects.
- Experience with space upgrades or modification/reconfiguration projects.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage an assigned portfolio of projects while addressing challenges related to construction cost management, tracking of funds, and budgeting.
- Financial analysis, economic analysis, report production.
- Project administration, program management, database management.
