Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Industrial Management, or related field and 4 years of post-bachelor’s progressive experience in a related occupation.
• Cost management
• Microsoft Suite (MS Office tools)
• SAP
• Ariba
• Novartis processes and procedures

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for product manufacturing and construction projects.
• Manage client costs, including cost validation, invoice reconciliation, creation, tracking and closing of subcontractor.
• Report on Purchase Orders through weekly & monthly reporting.
• Track expense and capital spend.
• Manage invoicing process, creation and uploading of invoices, tracking and management of aged debt.
• Oversee supporting data and sharing to internal stakeholders.
