About The Position

Assists Program Manager with the research and development of projects within a corporate program. Applies advanced advising skills or extensive technical expertise, full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction, mentors and may supervise team members.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Cost Analysis or Strategic Pricing
  • Experience developing robust products such as Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs), Independent Cost Estimates (ICEs), and rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates using an array of estimating methodologies
  • Knowledge of inflation, basic methodology application, and DoW Work Breakdown Structure regulatory procedures
  • Ability to work in an agile and fast paced environment
  • Ability to partner with systems engineers, logisticians, and program managers
  • Ability to collect, verify, and normalize large sets of historical data, and apply inflation indices, learning curves, and advanced risk or uncertainty distributions
  • Ability to translate complex quantitative data and financial models into clear, actionable briefings and reports for senior leadership
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Earned Value Management applications
  • Experience with data visualization tools, including Microsoft BI or Tableau
  • Knowledge of cost-related Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) template development and modifications
