About The Position

CACI is seeking a Cost Analyst with Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) software expertise to support Project Manager Mobile Brigade Combat Team (PM MBCT) at Ft Belvoir VA. The Cost Analyst will provide technical leadership in the areas of cost analysis and project management support to include life cycle cost analysis, program financial planning, cost estimate model development, and cost policy application.

Requirements

Active Secret Security Clearance
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics
A minimum of 4-10 years of related experience
Proficient in ACEIT
Ability to model and analyze data

Nice To Haves

Prior experience estimating costs for Army or DoD programs

Responsibilities

Provide expertise in managing and executing the Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) software
Provide initial planning documents, program & schedule breakdown structures, budget requirement analyses, and earned value guidance to program/Product Directors and integrated product teams
Provide support during review of contractor proposal submittents, including review of submitted hours, direct labor rates, overhead rates, other direct costs and general review of the contractor's Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Prepare Program Office Estimates (POE), Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE), Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD), Independent Cost Estimates (ICE), Component Cost Analysis (CCA), Business Case Analysis (BCA), and Affordability Analysis and Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA)
