About The Position

Entarian is seeking an experienced Cost Analyst/ CSDR (Cost and Software Data Reporting) Lead. This role partners closely with program management, engineering, and government customers to provide schedule analysis, identify risks, forecast impacts, and support informed program execution. The Lead Cost Analyst responsibilities, include, but are not limited to: Performing a wide variety of cost analysis assignments in support of the program life cycle cost estimates (LCCE) and program office estimates (POE). Developing or evaluating cost assessments, cost positions relating to the systems development, demonstration and production approaches. Assessing impact on systems and program costs, including analyses of prototype systems and works with SMEs to develop independent Government cost estimates (IGCEs) that will stand up to Army and DoD level review. Serveing as Working Leader to lower-grade personnel and is considered an expert for providing technical guidance and information to meet requirements. Reviewing, assisting and mentoring lower-grade employee’s work for quality and accuracy of work. Coordinating work efforts with Contract Officer Representative and serves as an expert for providing technical guidance and information to meet requirements.

Requirements

  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related discipline. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience in providing cost analysis for multiple large projects.
  • Experience working with Federal projects and programs.
