About The Position

As a Cost Accounting Manager, you will be the financial architect of our product margins, ensuring the integrity of cost data across our global supply chain. You will bridge the gap between operational activities and corporate financial reporting, partnering with Supply Chain and external manufacturing partners to navigate complex cost flows. Your mission is to drive visibility into product cost drivers within a high-growth, SOX-compliant environment, directly influencing Everpure’s global financial health.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in standard costing methodologies, US GAAP, manufacturing cost flows, and the ability to navigate complex BOM structures within a global, multi-currency environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing financial controls and inventory valuation within a publicly traded, SOX-compliant organization, ideally utilizing third-party contract manufacturers.
  • Advanced capability in ERP systems (such as SAP or NetSuite) and data analysis tools to synthesize high volumes of supply chain data into clear financial insights.
  • A proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance partners, influencing outcomes across Operations, FP&A, and external vendors without direct authority.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Cost Integrity: Lead the quarterly contract manufacturer (CM) quote review process and validate standard cost updates in the Everpure™ Platform, ensuring every component in our Bill of Materials (BOM) is accurately reflected.
  • Influence Product Margins: Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to analyze PPV (Purchase Price Variance) drivers and cost fluctuations, providing the insights needed to protect and optimize our gross margins.
  • Own Global Reporting & Compliance: Manage the end-to-end cost accounting cycle, including capitalized overhead, warranty reserves, and inventory valuation, while maintaining a rigorous internal control environment.
  • Strengthen Operational Partnerships: Serve as the primary accounting liaison for our manufacturing partners, reviewing claims and reconciling inventory held at third-party locations to ensure seamless month-end and quarter-end closures.
  • Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Develop and present comprehensive cost roll-forwards and variance analyses that translate complex manufacturing data into actionable financial narratives for leadership.
