About The Position
Liveo Research is a global manufacturer of rigid pharmaceutical packaging solutions serving customers around the world. We're looking for a Cost Accountant to join our Finance team in Delaware City, DE. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working with data, understanding how a manufacturing operation works, and turning financial information into meaningful business insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice To Haves
- SAP or other ERP experience is a plus
- Manufacturing or cost accounting experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing costs and budget-to-actual results
- Prepare production and cost analysis reports
- Support product costing, pricing, and profitability analysis
- Help identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
- Support inventory and cycle count activities
- Assist with month-end and year-end close
- Support annual budgeting and financial audits
- Work with the Finance team and other departments to improve cost reporting and processes
