Cost Accountant

About The Position
This position is responsible for monitoring, resolving, and reporting all cost activities.
Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail is a must
- Knowledge in ERP programs such as Oracle/SAP
- Bilingual (English and Chinese)
- 2+ years in general accounting required
Responsibilities
- Perform month-end cost accounting close.
- Prepare all cost-related journal entries at month-end.
- Reconcile and record accrual and adjustments for balance sheet accounts.
- Generate quotes by gathering information and following the quarterly standard cost baseline.
- Analyze material and labor cost to execute quarterly price change for standard cost.
- Extract and analyze the available information to provide quotes for supporting business operations.
- Prepare and submit quarterly Inventory Revaluation and Purchase Price Variance claims.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
