About The Position
Tricoci University of Beauty Culture is renowned for excellence in beauty education, recognized as the School of the Year in 2022 and 2023 by the American Association of Cosmetology Schools. We are dedicated to providing quality cosmetology training that equips students with the skills and confidence to succeed professionally. We are seeking a Cosmetology Teacher to join our team during day hours. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive cosmetology education, blending theoretical knowledge with practical instruction. You will foster a positive learning environment that motivates and supports student achievement.
Requirements
- Valid Cosmetology State Teacher License.
- Experience in cosmetology industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and student development.
- Availability to work day shifts as specified.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that adhere to curriculum and state regulations.
- Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on training in hair, skin, and nail care techniques.
- Evaluate student progress and offer constructive feedback to support improvement.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant teaching environment.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and curriculum updates.
- Stay current with industry trends to incorporate best practices into teaching.
