Requirements

  • Current Cosmetology License – It’s not just preferred; it’s required. You can’t legally glam without it!
  • Prior Salon Experience – You’ve worked your magic before and know your way around a styling chair.
  • Strong Communication Skills – Because a little conversation goes a long way during a mani.
  • Physical Stamina – You’re on your feet making people feel amazing—comfortable shoes encouraged.
  • Schedule Flexibility – Early birds, night owls, and weekend warriors all welcome!

Responsibilities

  • Perform beauty services with top-notch safety and hygiene (because fabulous and safe is the goal).
  • Deliver outstanding guest service while living out Atrium’s Core Values.
  • Show off your beauty smarts—know your products, ingredients, and how they benefit each guest.
  • Educate clients on aftercare tips, from fabulous nails to flawless brows.
  • Recommend treatments and products that leave guests glowing (and help drive retail sales).
