Requirements

• Certification or licensing at the local and/or state level is required.
• Possess a deep enthusiasm for Cosmetology and the health and wellness sector.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction are evident.
• Open to working various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Completed a minimum of 200 hours of Cosmetology education.
• Possess at least two years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Styling, cutting and possible color services to guests.
• Provide guidance on proper care and recommend home care routines.
• Promoting and selling spa/salon services and retail products.
• Setting up workstations with essential products, equipment, and supplies to ensure guest comfort and safety.
• Effective communication skills are essential.
• Maintaining a consistently professional demeanor and appearance.
• Excelling in guest interactions, promptly identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
• Flexibility and a willingness to assist colleagues as needed are crucial, demonstrating a strong team-oriented approach.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with associates and guests is key.
