About The Position

Lake Lawn Resort is seeking a talented and guest-focused Part-Time Cosmetologist / Spa Cosmetologist to join our Spa & Wellness team. This role provides professional beauty and wellness services including hair styling, makeup applications, waxing, and natural nail treatments while delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury resort spa environment. Ideal candidates are passionate about beauty, wellness, and creating relaxing guest experiences.

Requirements

Current Wisconsin Cosmetology License required.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of hair care, skincare, nail services, sanitation, and beauty products.
Ability to recommend and sell retail products and spa services.
Basic computer skills required.
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous cosmetology, salon, spa, beauty, hair styling, nail care, waxing, or makeup experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform professional cosmetology services including hair styling, updos, makeup applications, waxing, and natural nail treatments.
Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming, relaxing spa experience.
Consult with guests to recommend beauty, wellness, and self-care solutions based on their needs.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and sterilization standards in accordance with Wisconsin regulations and spa policies.
Promote and recommend retail beauty and wellness products for at-home care.
Upsell spa services, salon treatments, and retail products to enhance guest experiences.
Ensure guest privacy, safety, and comfort throughout all services.
Maintain treatment areas, salon stations, towels, linens, and supplies.
Stay knowledgeable about spa products, beauty trends, and treatment offerings.
Support overall spa operations and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
