About The Position

Drybar is a fun, fast paced, and team-focused hair salon environment that specializes in blowouts. We are looking for skilled hair stylists and cosmetologists with great attitudes and energy to join our team. Our philosophy is to focus on one thing and be the best at it, which for us is blowouts. We do not offer cuts or color. We complement other hair salon and spa environments and call ourselves a 'shop'.

Requirements

• Cosmetology license
• A desire to meet and exceed team and individual sales goals.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with and be a part of a team.
• Ability to take and implement feedback.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

• Applications are accepted from cosmetology students at least 90 days out from graduation.

Responsibilities

• Perform blowouts on clients using the Drybar Anatomy of a Blowout.
• Provide an over-the-top client experience.
• Sell products, tools, and service treatments.
• Participate in shop duties, including laundry, sweeping, dusting, and general shop cleaning.
